Project
For this project I was tasked with addressing issues with a budget airline's customer experience. I chose Sun Country Airlines, a Minnesota based company. The problems I chose to focus on were Pre-Flight and Mid-Flight experiences which I decided after plotting out a customer journey map. The target audience for my project and the airline was a family so I aimed to go in a bright and shining brand direction. Including an adorable mascot to assist in appealing to the child passengers.  The deliverables for this project I developed were:
New zones designated on the planes to be mindful of families and those in need of peace
Family based supplies to occupy children during the flight



Personas
They guided my designing for figuring out the ideal improvements I could make for the pain points I chose to address in their customer journey.





Rebranding
I wanted to pursue colors that would feel warm, welcoming, and kind to the families using Sun Country. After pursuing a range of palettes, I found a collection that emulated the bright blue sky with a radiant summer sun.


Britannic Bold, its asymmetrical design allows for a stylized look for branding.






Deliverables
This is an idea of how the Family Zone would appear. A variety of Sunny & Shine imagery would be all around for part of the activities found in the supplied bag.
